I love this!
She looks so...serene and lovely.
And I ADORE Taylor Swift. So props to using her for the base ;D
The only think I would comment on to improve is that the lines around her face and hairline are quite blurry.
Try using the Pen Tool if you're in Photoshop. I'm sure there are about 100 tutorials out there haha. I think I remember reading a good one on www.the-dark-arts.net.
Again, really really lovely!
