V-Day
Since Courtney has to work late tonight we had valentines last night. She made fondue!! It was awesome.
Here is the full setup. There was cheese, oil and white and milk chocolate fondues.
On the left is the plate for cheese, along with the bowl of bread. There was apples, celery (which was suprizingly good!), and cooked potatoes. The cheese fondue was a chedder/munster/colby jack mix and it was really good! The bread = teh sex with the cheese. It was just regular HEB bread. On the right of the bread is uncooked potatoes for the hot oil fondue.
Here is a close up of the meat tray. On the left you have pork seasoned with nutmeg and cinnomon. Below it is herb and garlic shrimp. In the middle is strip steak marinated in a balsamic vinegrette. On the right is tuna steak (may be swordfish...I don't remember) and above it is regular shrimp.
Now on to dessert. There was white and milk chocolates for dipping pleasure. On the tray are pears, apples, marshmellows, banannas, pineapples, strawberries, blackberries and angelfood cake. Delicious.
