i work on the capital one master card portfolio though...
collecting is actually alright. but let's call it debt recovery...
but i can't imagine myself there long-term...more like a transitional job thing. i don't mind it so much now because i get to work on my 'fluent talker' skills. if you're willing to trek to newmarket, they are hiring!

I guess I sorta don't really want the job because I'm looking to stay with TD after graduation. but I'll keep newmarket in mind! ^_^

You'll get headaches and frustration will overwhelm you everyday.
The job isn't hard at all, just annoying when people don't listen to you or understand why it's important to pay off their debt.
You can totally find a better job. If you take it, it's totally transitional. However, a good thing is that you will gain a better light on the importance of good credit and the managing of finances.
