So I think I found my niche. What I thought was going to be a disaster class, ended up being a great experience. The first week of advanced patisserie and baking was HELL. We had to make all sorts of cakes that looked good but tasted like human diarrhea. There was no amount of boose or sugar that could moisten those things. And I pretty much hate
