today was ok..i woke up showered n' such and went to school...no steve agian today french was boring..math we had a quiz i think i did o.k...lunch is fun..health makes me sleepy...english is funnn

Holy Hell yes thats bad growing teenagers need somewhere up to 2000 calories a day, not eating at least 3 balanced meals slows your metabolism making you fat especially if you're excercising you need even more food. God how nieve are you girls that think you're fat and will obsess ahhh take a look at some people around you no one wants you to be like that amanda!

Hola woman! 200 calories deff. bad stuff! All this exercize stuff is awesome tho! I should be too. If your gonna try and eat less you should atleast make some kind of a diet plan that is HEALTHY!I tried but Im not too good with following thru with that stuff :p! So I'm very jelous of your ambition to get all healthy and excersize tho... Next volleyball season will be sweet, i should be protecting my spot on varsity you girls could come up and take it! Well just thought I'd say hello and good luck!

amanda....trust me...you dont want to do that.

it starts with eating less, and exercising more, but then it becomes an obsession. In the end You avoid friends, you're grumpy, and making yourself sick.It ruined my life, dont let it happen to you.
