I should hope so, Minnie-san...

Do you mean the commercial, dry pellet kind?

That's right. But if my Pokemon have done something special, like help me win a badge, then they get berries or other treats!

That seems reasonable. Don't they get bored of the same food all the time, though?

Meat, berries, sometimes Pokémon food.

And I've been letting my Aerodactyl prey on wild Pokémon for a while.

By 'Pokemon food', you mean the dry cereal stuff?

I...see. Any luck in doing the same with any other pokemon on your team?

Yeah, but most of them hate it. Happens when most of your team's made up of birds and reptiles.

Not a chance. I'm trying to ween her off of them right now, before I get in trouble.

Have you thought of making your own? As for the other one, that's probably wise. What have you been giving her to tide her over?

It depends on the pokémon species. Marianne and Louis like scorched meat best, although Louis likes his more on the rare side and Marianne will have her medium-rare au jus. Thérèse is also partial to meat, but she likes it to be spicy. Étienne, David, Cecilia, and Juli prefer vegetables. Juli is the only vegetarian; David consumes insects, Étienne will eat small fish, and Cecelia will eat most fish and meat if it's well-done and unspiced. Drifblim, Kai, and Martin don't appear to have much preference to food; they seem to eat anything.

Sounds like they're difficult to please. Mine are similar, though my Snorunt refuses to eat anything that isn't frozen, and my Ninetales is getting more and more picky about spice mixtures. I also have one who exclusively eats rocks and another that doesn't eat. I usually get around the rest. I'm trying to find something they can all eat, though.

Marianne is also very picky about spice. She doesn't like any kind of salt added to her food, but she really likes black pepper.

Hm... I know that there are general mixtures of food for pokémon sold in the stores, but they look rather dull to me. Are you looking for snacks or a meal?

Hanabi likes cardamom but hates rosemary, and is only tolerant of parsley--I think her palate is becoming more sensitive as we go along. She does like exploring new tastes, however, such as savory-sweet or spicy-salty.

I agree with you. I'd like to find a meal all of them could enjoy, something that could be frozen, fed raw or cooked, depending on the pokemon being served. It would make things easier, wouldn't it?

What they call Pokemon food, but as soon as I am able I wish to learn how to make it myself.

As of now, I am too unsure of what Mister Pink will like or make him sick.

I make all of my own by hand. It's draining, but rewarding. They seem to appreciate the effort.

Giving a selection of different tastes and asking your pokemon to choose is often enough, from what I've experienced. Some salt, some pepper, some lemon juice--see which they go for first.

Ican imagine that it is. But, back home I used to help with the cooking and I enjoy seeing their happy faces when I do. I always try my best to be better.

I will take note of that, thank you. I hope Mister Pink won't mind too muchif I make a few mistakesatthe beginning.

He won't, I don't think. Our time and consideration is worth a lot to them, or at least, that's my observation.

Before I first arrived in Cherrygrove, my Tyrogue would assist me in foraging for berries. Nowadays, I usually feed him a mixture of Pokémon food and berries. My Poliwag likes to collect seaweed, but failing that she enjoyes Pokémon food as well.

What kind of pokemon is a Tyrogue? My Milotic also likes seaweed, but won't eat anything unless it's wet, or at least moist.

He is a Fighting-type that resembles a young child, with pale purple skin. I would send you a photo of him, but I'm afraid I'm still learning the workings of this gear. Is the Milotic also an aquatic Pokémon?

Ah, there's an option on the bottom, where it says 'menu'--'add file'. Just take a picture with your gear and add it to the message using that option!

She is!
