I'd ask if that were possible to find ingredients for, but I did see a lot of those flavors at the ice cream party...

Even so, the caterers had to find the ingredients somewhere. And Johto seems to lack a lot of things in nature that can be found in the shops, like meat.

You can make anything, if you have the ingredients and the ability for it. Ice cream isn't all that difficult, but it takes practice.
