Well, mine do. Most of them, at least; Fuchi's difficult to dress, but she doesn't mind things on her crest or fins unless she's swimming. And Fubuki doesn't like warmth since she's an ice-type.

Depends on the pokemon--ice-types don't like to wear warm clothes, and a fire-type might burn them, but my Ninetales likes to wear coats. What did you have in mind?
