Hello everyone! My name is Jasmine, I'm 25 and from Texas, and I've been doing Holiday Wishes since the original post was first made. This is my favourite time of year, and you guys always make it so much better than it would have been on its own. Normally I wait to post my list until later in the season, but I'm getting in the holiday mood earlier

In the general direction of #9, there are a couple here. The sweet potato custard at the bottom is mine-- I do this sometimes as pie-without-crust for friends who are dairy and gluten intolerant-- just pour the pie filling into a casserole dish or ramekin and bake.

I have a couple gluten-free recipes I'd like to share! I work at a grocery store and we just made these for a holiday show, and both are fantastic! The second one is paleo-diet friendly as well. =) E-mailing you!
