no, unfortunately there is not a class for becoming a wife and career woman. It is a crazy transition. Although I don't have a career...becoming a wife and then a mother was/is crazy enough. Just listen to your instincts and never settle. I need to listen to my own advice, so just make sure that you use ALL of your resources...if you need to talk to someone...do it...even if you have to go to a counselor, pastor, whatever...and most of all remember to take care of yourself...be selfish sometimes and do the little things that make you feel good. If you take care of yourself mentally and physically...life will be that much easier. I am learning that lesson the hard way, but I am working on it. Sometimes we get so consumed by what people expect and what we expect of ourselves that we forget that we have to care for ourselves...not just work and work

It still amazes me how in-sync you are with what is going on with me and what I am feeling even though we haven't seen each other in months! Thanks so much for the thoughts! I swear we must have been sisters in a past life. I can't wait to see ya!

Congrats on both things, Holland! You are phenomenal and strong and it's totally okay to be concerned about both transitions (especially when they're happening at once) but I have so much faith that you're going to get through it beautifully.
