I have a new pet!

No pics yet - but I will post them when I take some. But he is the cutest little white mouse. He was supposed to be a feeder mouse for the snake at school but he received an official pardon for gumption and personality so now he is my new roomie. His name is Pauli - pronounced like pow-lee. I think I will get another one so he is not lonely.

He likes to hide in his little house and pull up the bedding so you can't see inside...def. going to get another mouse so he has friends. Dad says it is because it is still afraid of being fed to a snake.

If you didn't already get another boy mouse + boy mouse can be a bad idea. http://exoticpets.about.com/cs/careofmice/a/mousecare.htm Yeah they're social but boys fight. :( I had a single boy once who did well with just me though.

I was reading online about that, and I really don't want baby mice to have to find homes for so I think he is going to be by himself for a while.
