Yaaaaay I had a birthday party at last!  It wasn't big... I think there were 9 of us at the max, but that's a good size for 1) me (preferring smaller groups), and 2) my glorified dorm room (which I'd spent all afternoon cleaning and re-decorating--having guests is always a good excuse to do so).  I was sad that some friends I'd been hoping to see

thats funny, on jan. 6th in mexico the 3 kings come and everyone eats "rosca de reyes" which also has something inside it, although i dont remember yet...it's like when all the kids get the best presents, too.
