Why didn't I vote in the latest elections for the president of the country of my birth, Iran? Because no matter who is the president of Iran, they would stone me!

We really need to send in the Special Forces. The SF are the best in the world at training insurgencies and forming political alliances in the field. The 5th SFG has Iran in their area of responsibility, and they're one of the toughest of the Special Forces Groups (look who they fight, being responsible for the Middle East).

Sending in the SF, now (if they aren't already there), could really get the dissidents to the tipping point. Training and arming resistance groups, rehabilitating police forces and armies, and helping get people that believe in democratizing Iran, again, is really up their alley. We really need to throw in with that, and Obama could do it without having his cowardly fingerprints on it by making it a clandestine mission (meaning the authors are kept secret), as well as covert (meaning the mission is secret).

The Special Forces moved into Afghanistan with only about 100 guys, and in less than a month, took over all resistance groups and TOPPLED THE TALIBAN GOVERNMENT. All before conventional forces could ( ... )
