i thought i was would ask mr. allen, and i would've if he had been there in the morning. and his wife wasn't with him during lunch. but that's ok, i was gonna ask him on monday, but then at lunch, chieca and chelsea pulled me tothe side. but at least i feel better now knowing that they do support me, but that they don't want me to make a fool out

i can totally understand your enthusiasm for wanting to conduct- i love being a DM, despite all the work that goes into it. however, i must admit that it is a little too early to be asking that of mr. allen... maybe in may, right before DM auditions, he would let you conduct a stands tune with a theory class, but until then, be patient and learn as much as you can about conducting and drum majoring. it is a lot harder than it looks, but you have 3 DMs that would be glad to help you prepare for auditions. keep practicing love, because all the hard work pays off in the end!
