Yes

I just put them on the tips because I am like retarded and it's REALLY HARD to put the small groups (three lashes each) in a place that looks normal.

And it's probably better to have more people because it's really awkward with so few. There were probably about a hundred people at mine, and it was a little weird at first. It turned out to be okay, but I actually think it's better to have a bigger one.
