Zac has disolved into a complete state of...helplessness. Not that he can't be helped. He won't be helped. He won't let us help. He thinks he's different - that we could never understand. I know now that I've said everything to him that could possibly change his way of thinking. I'll shut my mouth now - I'm sure he's sick of me.

I think your dream is significant here. You are not in control of this situation. Do not struggle with this. Try to approach this with calmness rather than emotion. Zac will not come around until he is ready and WILLING to come around. He has to want it bad enough to do it on his own, even if that means he has to wallow in the dirt first before he comes to his senses. Do not judge, if you need to say something, say it, if you need to do something, do it. Keep it very simple with him and do not enable him in any way. Keep in mind that you are not in control here. He does have a choice.

Your prayers must have worked. I've done as you advised, and everything seems to be going much better than what it has been. I am now seeing the Zac I once knew and loved. I can't stop smiling...heh.

Hey chicklet. I'm sorry to hear about Zac. And I know you, you would have done everything you could. But if he doesnt wnat help, you can't do anything more. Simply say to him that yes, okay, you will leave him to be however he wants, but just as long as he remembers that no matter what you're there for him. And you do care.
But he's gotta do it all for himself Chlo. Otherwise he'll never beat it.

And Chlo. Ofcourse your dream is significant. I gues sits pretty easy to see what I believe this dream to mean. It's what his job is to do, protect and comfort you. You'll be fine *smiles* I told you he was there.

*smiles broadly* He's getting better is he... great, I'm so happy to hear that. I always adored that boy.
