Still sick of it all. Spencer was going to come down and see me, but he didn't. Julie was going to come down and see me, but she didn't. Kimmy... please whatever you have to do... please DO NOT CUT.. I know its hard... it's an addiction... I know I was there for many years... and I'm not going to lie I still have urges to... but I don't... I have to forse myself to get away from sharp objects when I get urges...
