After much waiting and worring to hear what Blue Cross/Blue Shield would say, I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke to said that most of the offers have already been made, and the remaining postcards have been sent out today. While there are some offers that haven't been contacted, and of couse some people can decline, the stance is

Don't. I'm happy you got an offer, you've been getting stressed out at Sitel a lot more often than I have. I mean, sure, I get stressed and all, but at least it actually doesn't physically affect me
