For the first 1/2 hour when I go to work, all I really do is check my email, look over LJ and the store forum, surf a bit on the net, then get to work.

Of course, I do intermittently go and play on the interwebs at any given moment during the work day for small bits at a time.

That seems to be the norm for an office job. My ex-supervisor however managed to do it all day...she's still doing it actually.
