I had heard but I didn't think it was this soon...

Of course. Be sure to take care of yourself, my dear Chrome.

I didn't expect him to come with me. Or for the trip to take that long.

Thank you, I will.

... I wish you were the one coming with me instead of owner-san, though.

Unexpected things could happen around every corner.

Unfortunately, owner-san believed it best that I remain behind this time around since he doubts is unsure of the competency of the General Manager. Perhaps next time...

But Chrome, do try to enjoy yourself. That's all I ask.

... maybe he should be looking for a new General Manager then, if he is that unsure...

I'll try. I'll really do. But... I won't be here on my birthday. That... saddens me.

Wow! I know you'll be busy, but try to have some fun! It sounds like you'll be visiting a lot of interesting places!

Don't worry, we'll make sure everything is running smoothly at Kokuyo while you're gone.

Ah, I think owner-san will somehow insist on going to the usual tourist spots, so... yes, I guess we'll be able to take in some of the sights.

Thank you, Kyoko-san. Do you want anything from the places we'll be going to?

The usual tourists spots can be crowded, but they're often popular for good reasons. I'd love to be able to visit another country...

Ah-! You don't have to! But...that would be really nice. I don't really have a preference for anything, I'm sure whatever you'd pick out would be nice. Thank you!

... if you'd like, I'll request that you accompany me on my next overseas trip? It would be a good experience.

Ah, well then. I hope to find something nice for you.

But I want to. Since I'm there... I might as well make the most of it. And I imagine there is a book or two that you'd want floating somewhere around Europe.

I see. But you could always return there. Or... um, I guess work keeps you very busy
here.

... would you like anything from Italy, then, for when I return?
