Ok guys, so basically I'm HTML/LJ intollerant right now so I need your help. I wanna know::

1. How to set my journal so its friends only.
2. How to make that sticky post on top with a friends only sign.

Can anyone help me? It'd be greatly appreciated.

To set your lj to Friends Only you'll basically have to lock all of your entries. If you want to lock previously unlocked entries, you'll manually have to go back and edit every entry to lock it.

To make a sticky post, you'll have to backdate your post, by changing the date (at the top of your entry) and setting the year to something like 2015, which will mean that even if you make non-locked entries, they will stay under the sticky. You'll also have to tick the 'Entry is Backdated:' box that is below the entry text box ;D

Also, if it makes anything easier (about f-locking) your journal, you can download the LJ extension for firefox and you can set it so that every time you make a post it automatically f-locks it.
