so... after 10 days of watching, the cat started foaming. . . grrreat. Rabies! Fucking rabies....

Between saturday and sunday I did 5 hours of pilates and 3 hours of yoga.... My thighs may not forgive me for a while... especially when I start in again tonight.

I am always so amazed by how wonderful pushing the body feels... even while it is screaming at the sedentary person you have become.
