So glad you like it. Definitely one of my favorites.

The bit about dubious. I can dig dubious, because I've been feeling so doubtful lately. Some types of change seem to do that.

How's your clensing diet come along these past few days?

It's over now, but I can't say I feel much like eating still.

I reluctantly took the weekend off swimming and running. My boy and I took some long lovely windy walks down by the waterfront, but I didn't have the energy to do much else - especially since I was also bartending nights. I'm not very good at staying still - mind or body - but a few people seem to have this uncanny ability to help it all slow down, which I need but can never seem to do myself.

Left to my own devices, I'll work, run, drink, puke, scream, laugh, screw my way into the ground.

As of now, I'm still trying to reconcile myself with the prospect that I can't do everything and nothing all at once and not at all.

How are you?

Thanks for the lovely email darling. Why does the first stanza remind me of a mutual acquaintance? :-p
