I just don't get it!

I made a batch of tomato soup today. For those of you that don't know, I make soups and then freeze them so I can take them for lunch. My all time favorite is this recipe. Yay for Giada!
I do make a few changes. I don't add the creme fraiche garnish and I only use 2 1/2 c broth because I add 1/2 c red wine. It is yumtastic!

I love my husband, not only did he clear off all the snow on and around his car, but he cleared off mine as well, which had almost 2' on it!

So we're supposed to get anywhere from 15-20" of snow today and tonight. Bring it! I LOVE snow and while it makes travel difficult, I'm so excited to actually see a lot of it since last year there was hardly any. And, we're gonna have a white Christmas!

Well, we put up our tree today. It seems a little weird to be putting up a Christmas tree before Thanksgiving, but we had to since I work all next weekend. We did go see Trans Siberian Orchestra last night, so I guess we're in the Festive spirit now ( Read more... )
