Wassamatta, you deaf?
As someone who is hearing impaired, there is nothing more annoying and downright insulting than a hearing person asking another hearing person, "What's the matter with you, you deaf? I said ...."
Annoying - understandable. Insulting? Here's why: because what they are really saying is, "Are you stupid or something? I said ...."

That is too weird. For the past few days I've been thinking, "After all the bitchin' I've done to Jade about being semi-prompt with email responses, just LOOK at what I've done --- I let her email go unreplied for weeks! SHAMEFUL! (hanging head)
Gawd, Jade, seriously .... I am so unreliable and frustrating, I really have no idea how you put up with me.
But thanx for the bday wishes! That gave me a really big smile :-)
