Oooooooohhh! WAAAAAHHH! Wheeler is a HERO! But how do you know when to trust an animal who has a mind of his own and takes others on walkabout? Good thing you had to go after him, though. What a wonderful story, I sure didn't expect that ending. Still sniffling and wet eyed. Wheeler has earned a right to that opinion of himself. Did you give him a treat when you got back? Hrumpf, Wheeler would have twisted that reward around to say, "Here's a treat for me because we went walkabout!" Deliberate twist, of course.
