Haha you love to cook? XD I can't I'm not allowed in the kitchen.. once I was making chilaquiles (sp?) and I spilt some of the oil on the stove from their it caught fire... then the whole pan caught flames too XD but in end no one got hurt XD I just got banned from the kitchen ^^

thanks! jaja ur kitchen story reminds me of me when I put chocolate chip in a measuring cup to melt the chocolate and I put it for way too long in the microwave and it started smelling and the smoke was coming out (but I went to my bedroom to get something :) and my mom saved the day cuz she happened to pass by the kitchen ^^ oh, trust me, once u are in college u'll be cooking a lot and get to practise ^^ que son los chilaquiles?

lol, yeah they react the SAME about asian food in my house too! that's why I love cooking at college :) thank you for all the good wishes ^_^ I speak english, spanish (u too? really? de donde eres?), italian, and learning japanese ^^ I also know french pretty well (been to france a little ^^ and studied it beforehand) and I know some korean (but I don't think I am gonna pursuit it any further... I understand lots of it tho!) but no, I am not Latina, Italian, or anything like that, haha I just grew up round a lot of immigrant people and lots of my friends are immigrants or children of immigrants ^^

I lived part of my childhood in the States, (Raleigh, North Carolina), my dad was doing his Master's Degree in Engineering. He studied at NCSU. And well, the University owns different apartment building where foreign students live. They're not like dorms, tho. The apartment are for the students and their families.
So.. I had a loooooooot of friends from different countries at that time! Friends from Mexico, Venezuela, Japan, Egypt, Argentina, Brazil, France... and that's pretty much what I remember xDD That was also the time when I learned English!
