plus, i dont have anyone to really bake FOR, so meh. okay thats not true. i should totally bake like a crazy woman and take such goodies in to my profs. mmm i can already smell more scholarship money...

hehe, yea my parents are getting mad at all this baking :) i think they are afraid i am fattening them up to eat them or something. (shhh, don't tell them it's true!)

mmm paninis! hmm let's see
*apricot preserves, basil, blue cheese, caramelized onions (red pepper flakes too if you want!)
*spinach, cheddar, broccoli (dip it in some red sauce!)
*caramelized onions, balsamic vinegar, portabellos
*pear, blue cheese, walnuts (you could use your new processor to blend them into a paste!)
*feta, black olives, red onion (and maybe a nice little cucumber salad on the side!)
*scallions, black olives, tomato, parmesan
*pesto, black olives, onions, tomato, mozzarella and or parmesan
*goat cheese, arugula, dried cranberries
*cheese and onion!
*cheese and tomato!
*cheese and cucumber!
*cream cheese, cucumber, dill weed

there are some ideas for ye! (...i didnt suggest any meats because i seem to remember you being vegetarian at some point? or am i just crazy...)

I sent my mom the o'charley's roll recipe. An embarrassing and delicious part of my mid-western upbringing.

Thanks!

john and i have some sort of weird love of brussel sprouts. once, we had a bottle of wine and a big bowl of them for dinner, and both considered it deliciously romantic.

let's open a bakery.
