I asked him how he slept and he said, "On my back" (in Spanish, of course)! He keeps them all in except for the pointy bars going through his brow and cheeks, which he kept sliding in and out just to see me squirm. I also asked him WHY? Apparently, he makes his living by looking unusual, he's sort of a tourist attraction in Havana.
