To order
1. Once you've chosen your item and would like to purchase it, email your orders to hollysurprise@gmail.com
Note: Hotmail users, please check your junk mail because hotmail has a habit of classifying mails from gmail as junk.

Payment
1. Confirmation of purchase takes place after we've given you our bank account details.
2. After you have received our bank account details, you can make payment through
- ibank transfer (preferred)
- atm transfer
- Interbank transfer
- Concealed cash (at your own risk)
3. After you have transferred the money, please mail us the transaction details along with your mailing address
- for atm transfers, please include the date, time and place of transfer
4. After we have checked that your payment is in (please allow us 36 hours to do so), we will mail out your item within 3 working days

Postage Cost
Belts/Light tops: 80cents per item (normal mail)
Heavy tops/dresses/bottoms: $1.50 per item (normal mail)
Please add an additional $2.24 for registered mail
- if you are getting 2 items or more, we will revise the postage cost accordingly

Possible Meetup Places
*Meetup option is only available to those who have purchased 2 or more items

2) Kembangan

Please do not ask for any other different times or locations.
Payment has to be made before the meetup.

♥ We will not assume responsibility for lost mail unless registered.
♥ Payment is requested within 24h of confirmation.
♥ Items are sold on a first-confirmed basis.
♥ Items, once sold, are not refundable. If serious defects are found, only exchanges will be allowed. (If the item in question is already OOS, you may exchange it for another item)
♥ Try to avoid having meetups, unless really necessary and you are able to make it for our stated time & venue
♥ Prices are not negotiable
