i officially believe in miracles (well i kindof always have... ANYWAY that's not the point):
my father,
who, 1 and a half weeks ago, got into one of the hugest arguments in my family's history with me about college, and basically told me i HAD to go to wellesley,
just said, tonight, at dinner,
that he and my mom want me to go to whatever school

Don't worry if you don't get any ooomph feelings. You'll be spending much more time hiking around campus, eating in the dining halls, taking classes, etc. than admiring your school's crest or marveling at the beautiful buildings. It's nice to feel impressed or absolutely at home, but you should ultimately choose the school you are able to visualize yourself attending. Choose the school you think you can DO, ya know? As long as you are honest with yourself, you'll be fine.

Hi, Orly :) It's Sandy from Sep.? Flying alone is actually pretty awesome. All you have to worry about is transportation, which is still pretty straightforward in Boston :) Don't try to take the T after midnight! It's not like New York :)

heeeey orly its brooke. college seems so close but enjoy the time you have before you leave! my friend megan goes to wellesley, and she loves it. its an all girls school too right? but she said she really adjusted well and she likes it a ton. i hope you like it when you go see!
