5 years ago, i told my mom i didn't want to go to berkeley because she just wanted me to go there because she went there. i was in a rebellious teenager stage. then we visited the campus when i was in 9th grade and i fell in love. berkeley was quickly tied at the top of my list with ucla and yale.

Congrats ! I'm so happy for you ! I always secretly wanted to go to one of those universities that are a million years old and hold this grand heritage and character to them, you know with those huge looming steeples and grand mansion-like academic halls made of bricks?

Yeah, so given this fact - I am so totally jealous. You're going to have SO much fun!

PS - On second thought, I think I just described Hogwarts. haha. So basically- I'm jealous because you're going to a school that is similar to Hogwarts.

To my lovely Oreo, Orowheat, Beat-rice, etc.- Congrats on making your decision! Wow, Wellesley is such an amazing school. I know that you will love it there, not because I've been there or know people who go there, but because you are you and I know you'll love it. That may sound weird, but I'm sure you understand. We definately have to get together before you leave. Maybe when I'm at school in New York in 2 years, we can find a way to get together. Anyway, congrats again!!!!!!
