Perfect. I love outsider POVs and as much as I want Peter to come to the rescue (which he did) it works well that someone else initiated it. I also like that Fowler gets to redeem himself. In the show, he actually seemed sorry that he'd hurt Neal, so it's nice to see him acting on that.

I'm on a roll in that respect, I'm writing another fic for the whump fest in June that features Fowler playing a key role in rescuing Neal from being kidnapped.

I have plans for a sequel (of sorts) to this fic focusing on Fowler and Barclay.
