Artist Claims Time

Artist claims will be happening tomorrow the 16th at 11am PST (check PST time here). If you are writing a story for this challenge haven't turned it in yet please go ahead and send in your rough draft before claims. You have tonight and tomorrow to get it in so good luck! Question: Does it matter if an artist claims later? Since 11am PST on 16th is 4am on 17th in AEST (Australia)... Or do those of us in other inconvenient time zones miss out if by the time we get online all stories have been claimed by more than 1 artist?

It doesn't matter, chances are there will be some stories left and if everything is claimed once there will be a set time for it to reopen for a second claim (that will be announced).

Claims will remain open until every story has been claimed at least once.

I am very interested in contributing but won't be able to claim a story until much, much later that day. I'm traveling where I won't have internet access unless I can find free WiFi in the wilds of North Carolina. :-/ Again, I very much want to contribute but the timing isn't good for me.

That is fine, claims will remain open until every story has been claimed at least once and in the event every story does get claimed then they will all reopen to artists to claimed for a second time.
