Title: To Advance an Honest Mind
Fandom: (Movie, Show, Other, be specific, list more than one if its more than one) Mostly the book!universe, but it has Granada!Holmes and Bert Coules Radiodrama moments.
Rating: PG13ish, nothing graphic or offensive is planned.
Characters/Pairings: Holmes/Watson
Warnings (sexual context, non-con, violence, strong language, characters death, etc - if there is anything in your fic potential artists should be warned about include it) Explicit use of the fantastical in a very logical universe. It's a strange thing. Artist having knowledge of the book Howl's Moving Castle is a plus, but not a requirement, because everything is redone to suit the Holmes universe.
Summary: (try to write 1-3 paragraphs) A fanfiction universe mash-up of Diana Wynne Jones' Howl's Moving Castle and the Holmes universe. In the land of England, the city of London in particular, is where our story begins-- although it ends in quite a different place indeed. In London, if you are a man in possession of quite a bit of wisdom, then you are well off indeed. Those who are able further to wrap their wisdom with infinite wit are treasured above all things, so all men who are in the least intelligent, seek to also have a bit of wit about them. But Mr. John H. Watson, formerly of Afghanistan and India proper, found that he lacked wisdom, and never had a lack for wit, so when he found himself back in his old college stomping ground after many years abroad, he felt quite out of his element. Until he meets a Mr. Sherlock Holmes who, in exchange for possessing extraordinary mental powers, has sacrificed his heart. It is up to Watson to restore Holmes' heart before Professor Moriarty steals it away.

#2
Title: The Case Of The Stolen Doctor
Fandom: ACD Book 'verse
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairings: Holmes/Watson, Moriarty
Warnings: References to rape, brief contemplation of suicide.
Summary: Moriarty kidnaps Watson and attempts to use him as leverage to force Holmes to work for him. Watson finds himself in an increasingly dire situation as Moriarty starts to take a liking to him, while Holmes becomes more than a little frantic in his attempts to find and rescue his Doctor. As events unfold, both re-evaluate the current status quo in their relationship.

Featuring Holmes sitting in various pubs whilst dressed in a multitude of disguises, Watson befriending injured, gay criminals, Moriarty being creepy and evil, and Mrs. Hudson wringing her hands a lot, as well as a full cast of Irregulars, professional criminals and Scotland Yard officers.

Title: We Make Our Own Lightning
Fandom: BBC
Rating: R
Characters/Pairings: OFC (Vee = Lestrade's wife), John Watson, Gregory Lestrade, Sherlock Holmes, Sally Donovan. Lestrade/OFC (Vee).
Warnings John's unhappiness after being invalided; cases that Sherlock, Lestrade, and John work on are murders (not graphic)
Summary:
John was surprised to find a new purpose in life in working with Sherlock Holmes. But not even Sherlock expected that John would develop such a close friendship with DI Lestrade's wife. Lestrade's happy about the whole situation - to him, it's a sign that John's planning to stick around and, as a bonus, continue to make Sherlock bearable. Plus, the more he gets to know John, the more he likes John on his own (slightly loopy) merits.

But Sherlock is not used to sharing, and he does not like these developments one little bit.

Title: Above, Below (Through the Cracks)
Fandom: BBC Sherlock (Neverwhere AU)
Rating: NC-17
Characters/Pairings: John/Sherlock (off screen/implied Moriarty/Moran)
Warnings AU, sexual content, past drug use, mentions of violence, violent/gruesome deaths and torture (though not explicit).
Summary:
Sherlock (BBC) / Neverwhere AU fusion.
In London Below the malevolent and always for hire Moriarty and Moran are doing what they do best. Murder. They’re picking off the tribe leaders and the influence peddlers, but they’re only an instrument. Their bankroll has big plans for Below and those who have fallen through the cracks have one hope. A man who slipped down into London Below five years before and is only known as the Consulting Detective. As he starts to piece together the puzzle he finds himself on the run from Moriarty and Moran, who are under strict instructions to keep their employer's identity a secret.

In London Above John Watson has returned from the war a broken man. He takes no comfort in the city that was once his home, not in the face of his life without the army and without saving people. He’s lost until he finds the Consulting Detective, collapsed and bleeding in the rain, and in desperate need of assistance.

It's enough for John to slip through the cracks, and the Consulting Detective confides in John the secret of his name - Sherlock - and leads him by the hand into the dark and dangerous world of London Below. There are murders to be stopped and Sherlock is certain his brother Mycroft, still in London Above, is the only person who can protect them long enough to end the game being played with the lives of those Below. They just have to stay alive long enough to reach him.

Title: How Far We Fall
Fandom: 2009 Ritchie movie verse
Rating: NC-17
Characters/Pairings: Blackwood/Coward, Holmes/Watson, Watson/Mary, Holmes/Watson/Coward (possibly)
Warnings Sexual content, non-con, violence, strong language, character death, insanity/instability, drug use
Summary: After the downfall of Lord Blackwood, Lord Coward was stripped of his title and thrown into jail to await his hanging. However, he disappeared from his cell, unable to be found. Three months after his strange disappearance, Watson finds an addled and abused Coward on his doorstep. One week from Watson's wedding he becomes embroiled in the mystery of who kidnapped Coward and why do they wish to possess him. They are forced to flee the country, pursued by air rifles and trying to bring Coward back from the brink.

A sequel to the '09 movie that includes Coward and probably less explosions.

Title: And Then You Wake
Fandom: BBC Series One
Rating: NC-17
Characters/Pairings: John/girl!Sherlock
Warnings violence, coarse language, mildly graphic sex, non-graphic torture, non-graphic rape, gender identity issues
Summary: All her life Sherlock Holmes has fought for her place in the world. Too smart and too bloody arrogant to allow herself to be relegated to a ‘woman’s place’ she instead creates her own position and becomes the first Consulting Detective in London, quite possibly the first in the world. This does not, as she naively hoped, bring her any kind of contentment until one day, working in the labs at Bart’s; she is introduced to the man who will change her life.

Doctor John Watson is a medical man who went to war in the vain hope of saving lives, of making a difference in the world. In exchange for his naiveté he is captured, tortured, rescued and shot. Instead of a nation grateful for his sacrifices, John returns home to a world he can’t quite fit himself back into and, just when he’s considering giving up trying, a run in with an old friend introduces him to the woman who will change everything.

A re-telling of all of Series One of BBC Sherlock with the title character having been born female. All other casting remains the same.

**artist should know that this - http://www.9sn.net/resim/Marion-Cotillard.jpg - is the image that inspired girl!Sherlock.

Title: The Shocking Affair of the Dutch Steamship Friesland
Fandom: bookverse (ADC)
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairings: Sherlock Holmes, Dr Watson, Mycroft Holmes,
OCs; pairings: only among the OCs (married couples)
Warnings mild violence, OCs (villains and friends - might need toappear in art)
Summary:
Shortly after Holmes's return to London, his brother contacts him with an urgent request: A criminal syndicate is threatening the fragile peace between Britain and the Netherlands by planning to implicate the Dutch Steamship Friesland with illegal slavetrade from a former Dutch, now British colony: the island of Curaçao.

Unable to uncover anything in London, Holmes and Watson are forced to board the Friesland in a desperate effort to stop the syndicate. Soon, they are caught up in a dangerous muddle of friends and foes, which might very well cost them their lives, and plunge two countries into war...

#8
Title: "The Perplexing Case of the Perturbed Paramour"
Fandom: Victorian ACD Canon
Rating: R
Characters/Pairings: Holmes/Watson
Warnings Mild sexual content, mild violence and language.
Summary: Freshly starting their own romantic entanglement, Holmes and Watson are surprised when they're approached by a new client; one with a particularly salacious (and illegal) profession. Their client is pursuing the matter of the death of one of his own "clients", whose pre-mortem behavior, final words, and impenetrable location of demise, makes his death thoroughly undecipherable. Now, Holmes and Watson have to navigate foreign intrigue, as well as an unseen enemy who seems to be behind it all, all while dealing with the social mores of their era. Features a healthy dose of kidnappings, Mycroft, and Prussians. Not necessarily in that order.

#9
Title: As Yet Untitled
Fandom: BBC Sherlock, Lord of the Rings
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairings: John/Sherlock, Background Mycroft/Anthea, and if you're really *really* looking for it Arwen/Aragorn and Sam/Frodo.
Warnings violence, might be death (still unsure about which ending to pick), wanton manipulation of LOTR canon
Summary:
John tilted his small head back and looked up at the Elf who was settling in behind him on the saddle. In the fading light of almost night Sherlock's features looked ever more otherworldly and John couldn't help but grin up at him, "You are absolutely mad."

Sherlock gave a deep chuckle that John could feel throb through his back and into his bones. The Elf's black curls tumbled into his gray eyes and John stared at the quirk of a smile he gave to the little Hobbit in his lap. "You're the one riding off with an Elf he's never seen before."

"Yes, but I'm terribly odd for a Hobbit."

"If you're the only interesting one among your people then I shall make a point never to go there. I'd be terribly bored."

Title: Structural Integrity: or, Five Ways Jo Watson Met Moriarty After Reichenbach
Fandom: BBC
Rating: Teen
Characters/Pairings: Ensemble cast, mostly gen, featuring female!John, Harry, and Mycroft
Warnings Themes of loss and recovery from trauma
Summary: "In which there are consequences for prior actions, Mycroft Holmes has his manicured fingers in a few too many pies, and Jo Watson negotiates civilian life with mixed success."

Sherlock Holmes is dead. Joanna Watson is not, somewhat to her surprise, though a nice quiet grave might almost be preferable to being detained by Swiss authorities with nothing to offer in place of a passport or credible explanation except her very illegal firearm. Which would be bad enough, but there's also Mycroft Holmes waiting for answers, not to mention the ex-boyfriend, convalescing sister, and assorted other responsibilities she's abandoned back in London. And, on top of the rest of it, it seems Moriarty's organisation isn't quite as disassembled as she might have hoped....

(Please note that this is a followup to a long case fic and may require some background reading. It's a double genderswap and a hiatus fic--Sherlock is primarily present through her absence.)

Title: Knot Theory (working title)
Fandom: Sherlock BBC
Rating: NC-17 (I *will* write that sex scene daggumit)
Characters/Pairings: John/Sherlock
Warnings sexual content, off-screen violence, a bit of psychological aaaaangst
Summary: A sequel to my first Sherlock big bang, but no knowledge of that story should be required to understand this one:

“Twenty minutes ago, Jim Moriarty walked into the Met and turned himself in.”

When the elusive Moriarty inexplicably walks into the Met and surrenders to the police, the happiness that Sherlock thought he had found in his new relationship with John is suddenly threatened. Moriarty has a new set of riddles and dangers to test our heroes, and he has once again made London his playground in a very dangerous game with an uncertain prize.

Story will include updated takes on three separate ACD canon mysteries, slash of the John/Sherlock variety, Lestrade, Sally, Mrs. Hudson, and a great deal of the Napoleon of Crime. Will be mostly case!fic with a fair sprinkling of relationships and self-analysis on the part of Sherlock.

#12
Title: Sherlock and the Chocolate Factory
Fandom: BBC Sherlock/Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Fusion-verse of Books and First Movie)
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairings:John/Sherlock Kind of; John/Mycroft; Willy/Charlie Bucket; Charlie/OC
Warnings Character Death (Non-Sherlock) and Bittersweet ending
Summary: After the pool incident Sherlock and John need a place to hide out. Enter the love of John's Grandfather's life. The eccentric owner of a Chocolate Factory.

AKA The one where there is candy that can make you live forever and turn you into the person you always wanted to be and everyone learns something about not sacrificing your chance at happiness for love.

#13
Title: No Light In the Dark (subject to change)
Fandom: movie/Bioshock fusion, crossover with The Prestige
Rating: Mature
Characters/Pairings: Holmes/Watson/Mary/Irene
Warnings Violence, character death, unconventional relationship.
Summary: Steampunk-ish AU/2K Games/Irrational Games' Bioshock fusion/The Prestige (post-movie) crossover. Sequel to When the Nothing Shines Upon, but can be read as a stand-alone fic.

Mycroft sends Holmes and Watson to the underwater city Arcadia to investigate why Lord Hammond has gone missing, and why all contact with the city has been lost. Their investigation starts off rather badly when someone tries to kill them, and only goes downhill from there as they realize they've walked straight into an armed conflict between an insane magician in search of the perfect trick, and a mad scientist fiercely protective of his secrets.

Along the way, there are dinosaurs, near-death experiences, close encounters of the tentacle kind, insane magicians, unexpected clones, angst, heartbreak, mad scientists, and life-threatening decisions made impulsively and without consideration.

#14
Title: The Corner Where Roads Cross (tentative, subject to change)
Fandom: Sherlock BBC
Rating: NC-17
Characters/Pairings: John/Sherlock
Warnings sexual context, violence, strong language, character death (Moriarty's at the hand of Sherlock), graphic depictions of murder and murder scenes, torture, suggestion of torture
Summary:
A series of murders is taking place in a London beset by the worst winter weather.

Normally, it would be Christmas for Sherlock Holmes. This time it's different. Not only is he faced with what looks to be murder involving the strangest of motives - young women taking grisly revenge on young men who've scorned them - but things start to go downhill very fast when the women start being murdered as well. Someone's playing a game with Sherlock, and our favorite villain, Moriarty is pulling the strings. He doesn't kidnap John this time, he goes directly to 221B to tie up and torture John. It can only end one way, and Sherlock gets the upper hand.

Only after killing Moriarty, he finds he cannot do what he used to do. He can't solve crimes, he can't think. Taking emotions into account has never been his strong suit. Luckily his flatmate has some experience with that "caring lark."
