Questions? I will try to answer them. I may put ones I get by PM up here for others to have.

Comments? As in, "You are fucking awesome!" or "Dude, you is lame!"

Suggestions? Yes, please. Really don't know what I'm doing here.

Comment: This is an awesome idea, and some of your categories are hilarious... "Favourite thing (not a cock) up an ass" made me snarf wine on my keyboard (my poor keyboard has taken some serious punishment during the course of the kink meme).

Suggestion: See if you can get this pimped on the main page of the meme, rather than in a comment and see if the maintainer/s of the del.ic.ious archive can link to it as well. Also, investigate pimping through holmeswatson09.

I guess the del.ic.ious crew would just have to put it in as a normal link with a one off 'AWARDS' tag. That would probably work.

Pimping is vital. Try appealing to the vanity of authors who have contributed and they may spread the love via their own journals as well - after all, they can't be nominated if they don't pimp the awards site!

Yeah, I think that will be ok - in different groups of ctagories.

Example: Like in both category bloodplay AND category holmes/watson AND category angst.

As I bet the comment will soon disappear because they will be so many, I suggest that we put the titles of the fic we're recing in the subject on our comments? This way it might be clearer at the first sight.

That's a good idea, but problem is not all the fics have titles so I'm not really sure whether that would work :/ Hopefully there'll be a way around that though, it would definitely help to have somethng in the subject field to make it clearer

I suggest we're putting at least the author, like Title, by Author, and if the fic don't have any title we could write it "Untitle" or "The one where (very short resume which might help us to have an idea of what is happening is the fic)". (Like "The one where Holmes decides nail polish is cool, by Author". Idk. Mod?)

Another thing I was thinking (yes I'm already obsessed with this community, I KNOW) is maybe it would be cool to add a link to the flat view on the head-comment? This way we can check at the first sight what have been posted since our last checks?

you just need to add "?view=flat" at the end of the url!

This way if a comment catch your interet, you only have to click on "Parent" to see the other comments it's related with! (I learnt this trick something like one ot two months ago, that's really useful!)
