R.I.P Grandpa....sadest day of my life. Watching someone die infront of you makes you realize how precious life is and not to sweat the small stuff. I hope everyone makes the right decision in life and always do the best they can.
You can look at it this way, you loved him and you were always with him when you needed to be and despite the fact that i don't know him personally, i can more than confidently say that he appreciated that and even moreso, he appreciated you, and loved you.
