For some reason we theorize tat Windstruck and My Sassy Girl are linked up somehow..they seem like spiritual sequels...but yesh
My Sassy Girl, Windstruck, Kamikaze Girls definite you should give a looksie.

Also, do you recommend the manga over the anime or vice versa?
ooooohhh, nana. I actually need to get up on it more cause I've read only a little bit past where the movie stops. I love that movie though XD And that's where I learned about Mika. That woman...that woman is soooo flippin' sexy...
I really feel like I should keep reading Fruits Basket too. I stopped at like vol. 13 because I was getting sort of impatient with it but everyone tells me it gets so so so good!

slap me. just do it XD
I think reading about struggle/emo is a way to feel not so bad about your own...that's why I read it...
And, sadly, no. I don't know of any happy squishy reading material right now. I haven't read manga in ages O_O
But I like Strawberry Panic...more than I should XD It's about girls at a catholic school being quasi-gay with each other...I don't even know if it has a real plot...but there's love triangles galore! and i'ma-try-and-kiss-you-right-now-but-oh!-it's-been-interrupted-by-something-aggravating-and-stupid moments are prevalent.
