Have you tried couch 2 5 k for your jogging? I'm the same way, I effing hate it and need some other motivation to do it. The free mp3s/podcasts instruct you the whole way. There are tons of free ones, plus there are iphone apps that are $3 or less I think

I haven't tried it myself but I've heard good things about it. I'll have to look into it more! I don't hate the jogging, really, once I'm out there and going I actually really like it. I use to run in high school and I kind of miss it! It's just getting out the door that is hard for me. My alarm goes off and I'm just like... ugh, no. haha
I have all kinds of apps on my iphone that measure heart rate and distance and calories burned and the width of my ass in my pants and that sort of thing, but the couch to 5k thing sounds really good. Thanks for mentioning it, I forgot about it!
