You do seem to apply an "overkill" amount of thought into many subjects, but that can also be a good thing. See, if you simply rushed into things without considering the potential negative/positive outcomes, I guarantee you would have been burned numerous times by now. And don't worry about being alone now, you'll find someone (or maybe they'll find you). Some people just get off to a slow start, while others may just find the whole situation to be a mass of shit not worth getting involved in. I do believe that you are the former.
