Mm, as for what's goin' on? I can tell you that much. You've been taken here from your Template to this one. The same thing's happened to me and a lot of other people, including others who've never even heard of Template.

.. you're saying there's more than one Template City? Even if I believed that, there are things here that simply .. don't exist, in "my" Template or elsewhere. And supposing I did believe you, how could it have managed to drag me here without my being aware?

I am, but not in any one particular world. Well, maybe there is, but nobody who's arrived here yet has said anything about it.

And yeah, that's the same with a lot of other peoples' Templates. Some of them are in the future, some of them are in the past, and a few are in the present, but with a different structure than this one's present. It's really confusing, so I don't blame you if you don't believe me.

For your last question, I can't say that for sure, but probably the same way it does all of the weird stuff this one does. It's a vague thing to say, I know, but that's really all of the explination I've got... Sorry.
