I felt the same way, but I just had a inkling they were saving JJ for last of the episode, they gotta shock those viewers that don't keep up with the fan-news.
I thought it was a let down as well. No Genius moments, no shaking things up, Hotch never continuing the topic at the begining which was the only dramatic thing in the episode. I was confused on what was all going on with Garcia, to much time on the guest agent, blahness.
I mean I can appreciate that they don't add drama just to add drama, NCIS's season finale seemed like they tried to hard as well to keep up with previous seasons of people in distress and crap and explosions and conspiracies, and not giving a cliff hanger was sort of a nice pace. I guess they had enough good episodes in the middle of the season to make up for it though.
Best part of the episode, the gif that you made. HECK YES I LOVED THAT. Downloaded the episode just to rewatch that moment over and over again. How cute!

We need more Morgan and Reid moments tho. The finale was a start.
