So Josh may have gotten majorly nerfed, thanks to the conditions in C&C, but that's not going to stop him from getting all up in everyone's business because he's a troll like that.

He won't be using that ability much unless absolutely necessary, since he kind of wants to keep his cover intact, so on the unlikely chance it's an issue we'll discuss the specifics then. :D

She's got basic training at keeping people out of her head, but nothing extensive. If he goes digging too deeply, though, he's liable to bump into the bit of Time Vortex in her head, which is like...basically time itself, and might hurt.

She has actually quite a bit of experience with psychic suggestion sorts of memory manipulation, and some protection via her artron energy to buffer her memories in general (such as, were time to actually be rewritten and happen differently, she'd remember things as they were, or as both are, rather than have her memories replaced, or in a time loop, retain memories of the previous loops.) but if he can overcome that, go ahead.
