Our appointment and beginnings of organization couldn’t have a better timing, Doctor House, with this virus making plenty of the population so sick lately. Now, may I have your attention, please? Doctor House and I have monitored with concern the lack of a viable vaccination schedule present in the City. We have no information about your clinic ( Read more... )

I seem to have arrived during a troubled time..

Also, I do apologize for the foolish question but.. humans?.. I'm afraid I have never heard of that before. Perhaps that is why everyone looks so strange here...

You... ah-- Humans are those strange looking people, miss. The ones without genetic given powers or magic.

Maybe you should visit the Hospital. I wouldn't dare to suggest a vaccine without knowing if your organism wouldn't reject the procedure.

There's a virus going around? What is it, do you know?

I apologize if this is well-known, I'm new to the City.

Influenza. They caught flu. It's not overly strange in this City to suffer from this in this period. Ah, don't apologize, sir, we were all newcomers.

I see. So it's not overly dangerous, then. Just annoying.

Well, I shouldn't have to worry about that. I don't get sick anymore. Thank you for answering my question- you're very informative.

For those who come from modern times, no. But please remember they are plenty people from other worlds and other times that could mean possibly deadly.

I'm glad to hear this. It was nothing but my job. You are welcome.

The Hinamizawa Syndrome wouldn't be up there, of course...

...Lilith? How has Rena been?

The stress seems to have returned. I am taking advantage of this virus outbreak to run medical exams on her if she agrees.

...I hope she does.

If you can't find the proper medication for her, is there any way you could develop one?

I can given enough time. The itching she experiences gives me an opening to take skin tissue.

Ah... I-I don't... think I've had any of those... Uwaaah, what if I catch the plague...?

Don't give it to me if you do!

Are you human-homo sapiens-, miss?

Uh? No, ah... Well, yes... Um, I'm an artificial human...

Then perhaps your organism works in a different way. I could take samples and see the reaction to vaccines and the disease if you are concern about your well-being.

I'm pretty sure the Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis one you have to get every ten years or less if you work with kids. I'm from Earth around 2006 if that's any help.

Oh, it helps. Doctor House and I were exchanging notes and every bit of information is helpful. Thank you so much.

You're welcome. I can kind of understand why this other guy is concerned about developing superbugs, but isn't it better to prevent what we can?

I also understand his posture and I would have shared it if I hadn't lived so long in this City and I learned what I did. Absolutely, we only wish to prevent outbreaks that could be potentially dangerous like happens in this season.
