(no subject)
SPOILERS: Everyone is safe, dropping my two most difficult characters was a Very Good Decision and my whole lineup has been out and about lately.
ALBERT
IC: OKAY. Moving. His core relationships are still being kept up and evolving slowly, which is good for him. Today he and Percival finally met each other, which gave him a bit of a shock since it's been years since anyone from his world in particular was in camp.
OOC: Stuff is happening! Because Albert is backburnerish, his involvement in camp is very low-key and confined to a certain circle of people. I will try and break out of this pattern soon. I suspect meeting Percival will help with that a lot I'M SORRY IT TOOK A WHOLE YEAR, PERCY. (I find the Percival-Byakuran vs Albert-Mukuro thing completely hilarious, though, even if they're not aware of it IC.)
PLOT STUFF: He was around until the cultists started injecting people with plague, and then he got infected and laid up in a safehouse for the rest of it. I feel bad about this because it was an event where he could have finally done some organization and strategizing, the stuff he's actually trained for. But on the other hand, I was in class while most of the action was happening, so it's probably for the best that he was ICly an early casualty. He did pay attention to all the shit that went down though.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: Around the same, 3/10, 10/10 if his key people drop.
SETH
IC: A little frazzled. Ciel kind of shook her up in the same way that the second Ion's arrival did, but she's bearing with it. She's relatively quiet for now.
OOC: UGH I NEED TO GET HER OUT MORE, she is too active a type of character to also be on backburner status. I suspect I can give her a bit of a fresh kickoff when the TB cast can coordinate their meetups re: plotting and things.
PLOT STUFF: She diced any mutants that went near the Fortuna cabin, nearly died a lot while doing it but was saved by twink nanomachine healing, probably helped some folks out, probably tried to conceal her face/identity while doing it. She's very not-involved with camp's story, though she met Stephan and thinks he's sweet.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: 4/10, she is still my baby and I still love canon and she is at least not entirely idle.
MITHOS
IC: He hates everything except where he doesn't. Kind of...losing focus on the hate, actually. Building healthy relationships in an unhealthy fashion. Symphonia cast keeps him pretty grounded and he is getting kind of tsundere towards Vesperia and Olimpos folks. Baby is starting to figure out how to grow up! It only took him over four thousand years, man. Also he still wants to die but his long-repressed tendency to protect people is also emerging and he remains very self-contradictory.
OOC: One of my primaries. I love love love him, every thread he has is full of ridiculously complicated feelings and development and. Ahhhh. ♥ I have so many things I want to do with him still and there are certain types of situations where he really shines. Also with the move his cabin is no longer isolated in the woods, ha ha 8D
PLOT STUFF: He got kidnapped by cultists (willingly, because he figured it would save time,) and met up with Ganymede who'd been turned mortal and was like FFFUUUUU. Spent the rest of the plot trying to protect him, and once the captured folks got out and everything went to hell, he dropped Ganymede off with Benten and proceeded to check up on his important folks and try to keep them safe. And...now he is confused by the corn. He didn't get to do much but he'll probably get a lot of followup stuff out of it and he was more onscreen and active than the rest of my lineup. He is too outraged by camp already for this to faze him much, but it did get him cooperating with strangers, which was interesting.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: 0/10 HE'S MINE. It has taken me a long time to settle into his groove, but it's completely worth it.
ISKIERKA
IC: SHE'S PRETTY GOOD ACTUALLY, though confused by all the stuff going on. Slowly but surely beginning to chat up the Glee cast. Planning to get more crew. Very unfazed by things.
OOC: She makes me so happy guys. SO HAPPY. What is this I don't even. I should thread her with cast more though.
PLOT STUFF: Uhhh the plot stuff actually overshadowed the camp effect I was doing with her right then, so she was probably shoved in a safe place (AND VERY ANGRY THAT SHE COULDN'T FIGHT) but turned into a dragon again with the camp move. I will probably just turn her human again at an idler time and play with it properly then. For now, DELICIOUS COWS, though she's miffed that she bought new trees to plant in the swamp post-cardplot and now they're gone.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: 0/10, soul animalll.
ARTEMIS
IC: :| WHAT IS EVEN GOING ON YOU GUYS
OOC: I burned out on her after CFUW Oceana, but that was very much temporary and I'll pick up on getting her active again soon.
PLOT STUFF: The stuff she would have been most outraged by was the stuff that happened at the BEGINNING of the anniversary plot (mistletoe + naked day), and I didn't have the energy to deal with it. So she was on the moon for the whole thing, guys. Not Rikari or the Face!moon. Just. The moon.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: 0/10, apparently I play her in bursts, but I enjoy those bursts thoroughly.
KURURU
IC: Getting out there! Also becoming sort of resigned to the fact that she can't exercise her stringent standards in camp and that she has to compromise to get along with folks. Making some tsunfriends and acquaintances. So annoyed by Naked Day. Still thinks Disney is out to get everybody.
OOC: At first I was worried because you get a very strong feel for her character from her appearance but she doesn't actually say much. So I am half-winging it as I go along and it seems to be working well enough. She actually plays off other folks much more easily and actively than I thought, which is nice.
PLOT STUFF: Ehhh, she stayed with Ouka the whole time and fretted herself half to death. Not super eventful.
CHANCE OF DROPPING: 0/10; 8/10 if Ouka dropped but Ouka is not dropping so there.
I didn't actually get to play in much of the plot stuff because my class schedule is inconvenient, buuuut that is what offscreen hijinks are for and I am reading back on the posts and having fun. /o/
