Thanks to baisuzhen 's recommendation, I paid a visit to Westmall earlier and managed to get a decent pair of coffee shoes of size 40 (which seems to be the smallest in the stock) and a cheap pair of black office pants (sad to say my tummy can only REALLY breathe properly for a size 32 instead of 30, and 31 is nowhere to be found!), all for a total cost of
