Has everyone gone mad? Or maybe it is just me.
This afternoon in the pouring rain, a woman in a short sleeve shirt and shorts ran by me. Then this evening as I walking in my front gate, another woman (at least she had long pants on) ran by me. At best, it has been around 50 degrees today. Where did these fools come from?
