Had a horrible reaction to antibiotics last weekend. STILL have hives, but they're mostly gone. By Sunday night midnight, I had to go to the ER, and again a day later (Tues. morning) Sunday my ears were swelling up right into my throat, and my eyes were almost swollen shut, then on Tuesday my lips, mouth and throat were trying to close. thank you. :) I'm doing much better, although I'm still feeling sensitive and itchy at times. The hives would come back in a heartbeat if I wasn't taking all the medicines. ugh.

I think I'm on Facebook, but I have no 'friends'. ROFLOL Decided not to add my 18 yo son, he'd rather not have dorky mom reading up on his stuff I'm sure. lol

If I find my name and page I'll put it on your comments. ;)

Good heavens, girlfriend! I'm allergic to Cipro as well - nothing like being sick enough to need an antibiotic, then get whacked with the allergic reaction as well. You'll be in my prayers!

UTI. Wheee. I asked the nurse in the ER what the heck was I going to use now, if I needed an antibiotic? She said "I have no idea.". Sounds promising.

My mom is allergic to Sulfa drugs and because of that, they are possibly out for me as well. Argh. Pray that I don't get any more infections! Evah!
