This past Wednesday I had a trial, and, since my career is only a little over 4 months old now, I can pretty safely say it was the biggest trial of my career. I'm not sure how much anyone will get out of reading this, because I'm leaving most of the details out (on purpose), but I think this is more for me now than any "audience ( Read more... )

It was in that constitutional law class we took as undergrads...junior year I think? I can't remember if he called on me or you, but there was some question about precedent, and either you/me hadn't been paying attention at all and just mumbled "ummm....Article 3, Section 9?" which I think is what we had been discussing.

However, apparently there is no Article 3, Section 9 of the Constitution...just an Article 1, Section 9. So I'll let it slide and assume that it was my ignorance that ruined the joke...
