Wow! I love the interaction between Zoe and Mal and the way you show how far they had to come after the war and before we see them in Firefly. No wonder Serenity is so important to Mal.

Great, great, great! Do you get Mal/Zoe so well because of Co/Hez (I totally ship that, BTW)? Probably it's just part of your awesome talent for writing human relationships. This is just the kind of stuff I like best ~ deceptively simple. Like pure rainwater ~ it doesn't look different but it's so much clearer when you taste it.
